I was initially dealt with by Ross the Assistant Manager and then Jay at lookers Middlesbrough who were both excellent and made me feel very comfortable.The vehicle was handed over to me by Ross who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and went through all the essentials with me .He was very helpful and I know that if there were any problems I could get back to him need be. I have used Lookers at Middlesbrough numerous times when buying a second hand vehicle and feel that the staff and service that I have received has been very good and would highly recommend them. Also a big thank you to Adam the Manager.
