Extremely helpful and friendly service

Victoria was very professional and took us through a number of different models suitable for our budget. She did not try hard sell on new car or any extras once we had chosen a car unlike some salespeople in the past. She had a sense of humour and was approachable and had made follow up call to check everything ok with new car.

No issues. Accepted old car and showed all around new car. Offered to show all features of new car though not needed

Normally when a car goes in for a full Service you would expect some little niggle to be picked up. However, all is well. Thank you very much. My Grand-Daughter delivered and collected the car and she did not mention any "hiccups" in the system. She had no waiting time and was seen to promptly. A very good experience. Many Thanks.

It was so easy and one less thing to do when I arrived with the car at the garage. Easy on line check in before hand, kept updated before service, staff were very nice and I wasn’t kept too long before they had done what needed. Car had been cleaned inside and out before getting it back, excellent job, very pleased.

It was straight forward

It was easy to use. Professional staff, efficient time keeping. I just wish the person who came to mention I needed I new front tyre had told me what the mechanic recommended. That was to have both front tyres replaced. I am due to make an appointment to have the other tyre replaced.
