At initial enquiry in the showroom, had to point out that the vehicle was incorrectly priced, to Auto Trader price. Didn't appear too concerned, said it happened all the time even though it was £3000 difference.

I would like to make a special mention about Allan Platten who was the sales exec I was dealing with for my new car, I feel he went above and beyond what you would expect a sales exec to do especially given the difficult position Ford UK have put the whole sales team in with regards to delivering vehicles to the dealership. Also having chatted to the sales manager/s and seeing that the whole team treat there customers like family I believe that Lookers Ford Middlesbrough has to be one of/if not the best dealership in the North East and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
