I am absolutely delighted with the first class service from Anthony and I think the manager Ross aswell. I had a very bad experience the week prior with Arnold Clark and was very apprehensive about purchasing a car online as I am based in the highlands. The boys were more than helpful and went above and beyond to help me! Absolutely delighted with our new car and would highly recommend the team to anyone wishing to purchase a new car!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Dimi from Lookers Middlesborough and he was absolutely first class from start to finish. Made sure that I left the dealership fully confident in my choice and no questions unanswered.

We were greeted by Dave while looking around at Fiestas who was really helpful with information about the car, where best to test drive the car and agreeing the details of the deal when buying the car. The service was efficient but thorough (without being pushy) and very friendly. I can't remember the name of the manager we also spoke to but both were extremely friendly and helpful with all of the details and agreeing the best deal for the sale. I would definitely recommend Lookers (and this garage in particular) to friends and family and come back in the future next time I change my car (though I hope that isn't for quite a while yet as I'm very happy with my new car)

Stepan was excellent and service overall was top draw. My only suggestion is that through know fault of Stepan (he was with other clients at the time) my wife and I were looking at an Audi A1 and had the keys in the ignition provided by Stepan (I had returned from day before will the intention of buying) to take a look while he finished with other clients. We were both in the car and looking at the sat Nav etc with engine on. One of Stepan colleagues abruptly opened the door, advised the car had been sold and then VERY rudely leaned in over me and turned the ignition off and took the keys out - as if I was going to drive off or similar! I've run a financial services company for many many years with over 2000 clients and in short the guy was rude in his actions. I didnt take his name BUT he cant be missed as he's the biggest salesman in there (very large guy) and it did leave a bad taste. Luckily for Lookers Stepan was fantastic and you will miss him. My daughter loves the car I must stress. I'm not one to complain but you did ask!
