As always a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately there wasn't a suitable vehicle within the ford range. I was after an electric vehicle and the Mach e doesn't have sufficient interior space and is overpriced for what it offers. 23 weeks delivery estimate doesn't help. A comparable Tesla is cheaper, bigger inside and available within 6 weeks. You guys are amazing but Ford need to up their game.

We were made aware of the long lead time when we ordered the car and, while we understood reasons for production delays, it did become frustrating when weeks/months were added to expected build date and arrival at Lookers. We felt fortunate to have Alan as our salesperson contact. He kept us informed of progress on a regular basis and was helpful and informative on all aspects of our purchase.

I dealt with Paul Thurlwell who was extremely helpful and I was very happy that Paul managed to secure a deal that I was happy with especially as I live so far away and the car was going to be delivered to me. Unfortunately due to an unforeseen issue with our trade in vehicle the deal could not go ahead. However I am still awaiting the refund of my deposit and the refund was requested by the salesman 10 days ago. This is obviously not the fault of the salesman but presumably the Accounts Dept. They managed to process the deposit payment on the same day but are not so efficient at providing a refund. Still waiting for this.
