The dealership were wonderful and made every effort at all times to explain everything, they were friendly, helpful,efficient and the communication was excellent. Very organised. I dealt with Dave in the Middlesbrough branch I couldn’t have asked for more from him. Was always available on calls or email made sure I was looked after! Highly recommend these guys!

I have no issue with Lookers and the team what so ever, however I think it’s shocking with the time I waited for the car to be built. What’s even more frustrating is the amount of times my build time slipped to the right. I think Ford should have offered some form of compensation for the amount of delays. I’m also disappointed with my previous Focus which I part ex’d the majority of time I had that car the sync 3 never worked and I was told it was waiting for an update.
