Alan Platen in my opinion went above and beyond what I expected from a sales rep (based experience with other dealerships) nothing was a trouble for Alan with regards to what options and charges we made and he is a credit to your sales team. I should add that Alan was that good of a person, my son went back to the dealership and ordered a brand new car specifically from him.
