Car arrived from another dealership,late Thursday...needed pre-handover check and valet before receiving it.Salesman suggested that I drove part-ex home,and,when ready,would drive new car to me...he spent a good while,answering my queries.Thank you Paul Thirlwell...

Excellent service at Middlesbrough from dimitri but major mistake by South Shields advertising car with wrong bhp resulting in lots of stress and lost time on our behalf. Put right by Adam and Demitri.

Paul was great unfortunately I did pull out of the market due to keeping my company vehicle but Paul still had the decency to email back even though wasn’t getting a sale and thank me for my enquiry, will go back when I do need a car

Marcus was a great help and went the extra mile to make the deal work. I was very pleased with the outcome. I also met Marcuses manager, whose name escapes me, but he was friendly and professional. I have bought a few cars from Jennings now Lookers and will be back in the future.
