Dealership contacted me to investigate trading in my current vehicle for a new deal. After explaining my current financial position and preferences they offered me a deal I very happy with. Tyler was helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Would definitely consider the dealership again for any vehicular needs.

I believe we weren't offered a service plan as it was felt we would not need it due to the low milage we would do but it was discussed Karl klews from Lookers middlesbrough who sold us the car was such a lovely person and a credit to you - he wasnt pushy (which I hate) but was their when we needed any queries answering - the whole experience was very smooth and professional - would definately go back to him for another car

It was a 6 month wait from order to delivery. This was beyond our dealers control - however we were pleased to receive regular updates from the dealer. I chose to continue with Ford on the strength of the dealership and the new car is excellent.

I got my car on motability, Chloe was excellent to deal with, she was so kind and very knowledgeable about the car I was buying and kept me fully updated about everything, I also met the manager when we ran into a very slight problem which was soon sorted out, he was also very helpful, Chloe and the manager made the experience of getting a new car so pleasant, but in my opinion Chloe the motability advisor is the best I have ever dealt with in all the years I’ve been using motability, I can’t rate her high enough and will definitely hope she is still there in 3 years time when it’s time to change cars again

The used Vehicle I was interested in had been sent to auction at the time of my initial enquiry. Fortunately the car did not sell at auction and it was transported back to the dealership for me to view. Very happy with the car and the service I received.

Very helpful salesperson Paul Thurlwell. Didn't see point in credit presentations as was cash sale but appreciate salesperson has to go through the process but maybe Lookers should look at waiving this aspect for cash sales. Had to return car to dealer for query and dealt with really well and promptly by Paul… great service.
