Excellent service and we were very pleased during the handover the salesman showed us how everything works on the car. We know most items on the cars are fairly standard. The biggest help was with the Sat Nav and radio set up as this was different to our previous car and also more up to date.

Increase in cost of new car was just too expensive

I was disappointed because I had booked for a 2hrs 30 min waiting appointment but on arrival was advised that the sat nav update could take 5 hrs and it was suggested that I might be better going home. So I contacted 2 friends who were willing to provide me with a lift each and went home. When I rang to check after 3 hours I was told it was ready, so I came back only to find that the sat nav had not been updated due to a fault in Ford’s computer system that could potentially have corrupted my entire system. I felt I had not been appropriately informed although the lady pointed out that they did not realise that mine was one of the ones that may have been affected by connecting it to the computer. I asked if I could be informed when the system fault had been rectified but she said this was not a service they could provide although I could ring up from time to time to ask.

The staff where very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. They offered me insurance cover and talked me through the credit I could get. Very satisfying meeting such nice staff.
