We initially ordered our new Fiesta in July 2021 for September delivery, however things were slow due to the microchip shortages etc. Despite our salesman keeping us completely up to date with our initial orders ever changing build date he eventually advised us that Ford had cancelled all orders due to the new upgrade/facelifts of our vehicle. We were offered our deposit back or to continue with the new upgraded option at no extra cost to ourselves which was the option we chose. Our salesman again kept us fully up to date as things progressed. However circumstances took over which Lookers had no control of as Ford UK decided not to honour the £1000 from our original order in July 2021. We eventually received a call from our Salesman at the end of April 2022 advising we could call and collect our vehicle and Lookers were going to swallow the £1000 therefore ensured no additional cost to ourselves. Very happy with our salesman, would purchase a vehicle from him and Lookers again.
