Just very long time to receive my car due to semiconductors shortage and covid which in not fords fault The only complaint is time took from factory to dealership about 3 months car in holland port for about 2 months due to captain of boat wouldn't sail until boat was full

I was really impressed with just how accommodating the Service Reception staff were. I was working and they gave me an unused office so I could get on with my work without any interruptions and in private.

The representative in the dealership was was superb, however Ford have let you down by telling us parts for a recall were in stock and would be fitted during the service. This was not the case and we now have to arrange a second visit. This is the second time this has happened
