I was booked in and looked after by Gail on the service desk. As I am planning a trip to Spain I had a few questions about the headlights and breakdown cover, these were answered by both Gail and the mechanic Gordon. The service was completed on the time stated by Gail, but I was then kept waiting while the car was valeted.
