Anthony Campbell was really good, clear, honest and totally open; as well as being friendly and approachable- he understood what I wanted and quickly provided relevant details and helped. There was a day when I popped in to confirm that I'd buy the car which Anthony was off (I knew he was and he'd arranged for me to see Gary, and introduced me to him). When I walked into the dealership there was another salesman who was was quite dismissive, granted at the time he was looking at a mobile phone, and I waited for him to acknowledge me, understanding that he might be taking photos of a car in the showroom. After a long pause he looked at me, but it was as if me being there was a hassle for him. I asked to see Gary and he appeared to sigh. He then asked in quite a rude tone if I was there to view car, and I explained I'd spoken to Anthony and Gary was aware that I might be back in.He then went back to looking at the phone. At this point I said "Ah, don't bother" and went to leave. And I was going to walk out, in that moment I thought that I don't want to buy a car from somewhere that has that approach. At which he seemed to back track and insist that he'd get him.If it wasn't for a better experience prior to meeting this individual I would have gone elsewhere. And that's the message I'll pass- go and speak to Anthony, Gary is great to deal with, but if you get the arrogant rude salesman the just go elsewhere.
