I ordered my car last year and just picked it up yesterday has there was a delay but your sales rep Karl Clews kept me in the loop of the ETA of my vehicle every step of the way... great communications 5* service 😀

I was booked in and looked after by Gail on the service desk. As I am planning a trip to Spain I had a few questions about the headlights and breakdown cover, these were answered by both Gail and the mechanic Gordon.The service was completed on the time stated by Gail, but I was then kept waiting while the car was valeted.
