Having used ford garage for the last 8 years to service my cars and using the service of you picking car up from my address and returning with no problems. But this time sadly someone didn't organise it or forgot and it was me ringing up chasing why my car was not being picked up as arranged and took me having to speak to service manager at 12.15, who message was conveyed to and sent someone out to pick it up. More importantly was the car was due mot, as well, thus taking longer to do. If I hadn't chased what would have been the outcome?? Does your process need to be checked to stop it happening again?!

Excellent with Ross Mcshane, extremely helpful,give lots of advise, not pushy showed me list of vehicles agreed on one, manager made the offer for my vehicle,again all lighthearted but very professional left it to Ross to settle the agreement. On picking up car Ross fully helpful for OAP.

Excellent customer service when i first arrived and was greeted by Sarah. Then when i went to pick the vehicle up Gail was equally as kind and courteous. Very professional job by all involved, never have a problem or a concern while my vehicle is being serviced/mot'd.

The thing I initially rang Ford about (a specific issue with my car) could not even be done when the garage had my car in. This had been the ONLY reason I had chosen to submit my car to Ford for investigation and as it was due, had my MOT done at the same time. If I had known Ford were unable to complete the investigative work in the fist place when I rang to enquire about it (and was very frustratingly passed from pillar to post and spoke to at least half a dozen different people and was on the phone absolutely ages) I would never have submitted my car to Ford for its MOT because it’s now an older car, is no longer in warranty. There is a much cheaper garage around the corner from my home which I have been using for the past few years. Whilst I can say that everyone I spoke with was nice enough and the communication with Leon (who works at the Ford garage in Middlesbrough) whilst my car was in the garage was very good, I remain exasperated that the whole scenario of paying more for the privilege of using Ford for my cars MOT and completion of the work required to get it through its MOT after it initially failed was a total waste of time as the initial thing I needed investigating couldn’t be completed or resolved, after I had been extremely explicit and clear about what I needed when I initially contacted Ford and was told repeatedly it could be investigated and any specific work resulting from the outcome of this investigation would be able to be completed by Ford. To be clear, Leon (from the Middlesbrough Ford garage) gave very good customer service whilst my car was in the garage, was helpful and communicated well with me. It was not his fault I had been booked in for something that Ford don’t even offer. The problem I have is with the booking process. I should never have been told Ford could investigate the problem with my car (water getting in to the boot and is found in the spare wheel footwell in the boot, which keeps causing mould in my car) when in fact Ford do not even offer this service at all. As such I am very disappointed in the booking service (despite everyone being nice enough whilst on the phone with me). As such I used a more expensive garage and still have the same initial problem that water is somehow getting in to the boot of my car and is causing mould. I am hence no further forward.

It would be better if returned to the system of picking up the car and retuning it in the afternoon when a yearly service is carried out, particularly for disabled and older drivers like me
