Lookers constantly kept in touch with the whole experience of the service, from collection of the vehicle and return. I could not fault them for their work or for the fact that people I spoke to on the telephone or in person where very friendly and approachable. It is always a stress having a vehicle serviced, not knowing what the outcome will show and the cost of resolving issues. 5 stars to Lookers, highly recommended.

Staff were very knowledgeable.

The staff were very helpful and professional from the initial contact with me from informing me via telephone that my car service and m.o.t were due until saying goodbye when every thing had been completed. I had to wait for the service and m.o.t to be completed so I did appreciate a member of staff who came and explained how everything was progressing.

After having a couple of bad experiences with car sales in the past (not at lookers) I was not looking forward to the process of buying a new car. However Cameron was great, he was very friendly without being pushy and seemed genuine and made me feel at ease straight away. He answered all the questions i had and kept me up to date on what was happening and made me feel like i could contact him any time. Very pleased with our experience at lookers and our new car.
