There was some confusion as the last I spoke to on the phone arranged a 1hr waiting appt for 1pm. I then received both a text and email stating the appointment was 11.30. I had to phone to clarify it was 1 pm.The appt then lasted longer than the hour stated and as I was tight on time I had to leave before my car was washed.Other than that the service from the staff was excellent and very friendly
