Luke ? - receptionist in service department was very professional in his dealings with me. He was very pleasant and helpful, telling me approximately how long I would have to wait for my vehicle and directed me to coffee machine and waiting area. He gave me the impression that nothing was too much trouble.

I was in for my MOT test and booked to wait while it was happening. The test was carried out at the booked and within the indicated timescale at the price advised at time of booking. Also cleaned inside and out - a bonus. Good to be free of COVID restrictions.

Lack of communication I didn’t receive a call to say my car was ready for collection so went at 5pm before closing no video or calls to say my car had failed MOT.

Gail provided excellent service throughout.

I had a loan car for the weekend which was disgustingly dirty inside, I was tempted to refuse it. I wouldn't take MY car in for a service in that state so don't expect to drive on someone's filth. didn't smell pleasant either

Having used ford garage for the last 8 years to service my cars and using the service of you picking car up from my address and returning with no problems. But this time sadly someone didn't organise it or forgot and it was me ringing up chasing why my car was not being picked up as arranged and took me having to speak to service manager at 12.15, who message was conveyed to and sent someone out to pick it up. More importantly was the car was due mot, as well, thus taking longer to do. If I hadn't chased what would have been the outcome?? Does your process need to be checked to stop it happening again?!

Staff, very helpful and friendly

Excellent with Ross Mcshane, extremely helpful,give lots of advise, not pushy showed me list of vehicles agreed on one, manager made the offer for my vehicle,again all lighthearted but very professional left it to Ross to settle the agreement. On picking up car Ross fully helpful for OAP.
