Ross Mcsherry was very helpful and kept us updated all the time about the purchase of our car. Was very patient with us as not very clever with technology 🤦‍♀️👍.

Most staff we came into contact with were helpful, considerate, and thoughtful.The only thing that knocked me back slightly was the young assistant who was using the disabled toilet. I had to wait for him to exit - about 5-6 mins - before I could go in. I am a wheelchair user, so it was not possible for me to use regular areas. I was very uncomfortable too due to the waiting. Is allowing staff to use the disabled loo, the norm?

Far too much paperwork. I have bought numerous new cars and never had so much paperwork, luckily the salesman talked us through everything thing making it a little less confusing

Really appreciated the “unveiling” of our new car. Quite a lot of paperwork still.No handbook supplied and shown how to access Ford pass and to use YouTube instead. This does not suit everyone and would prefer a handbook.
