The only problem I had was with the NFU voucher , I had to push for clarity on the exact details , eg 5year warranty. But the rest of the transaction went well.

I enquired about a Ford Ranger which was advertised on Cargurus or Auto Trader. I discovered that the vehicle had already been sold but was offered alternatives. However, they were outside my budget and only available to order. The team were helpful and did follow up later
