Paul was fantastic to deal with in what was a fairly new experience for me so making the whole process run stress free which I really appreciated.

When I viewed the vehicle it had all the car mats in but when I took the vehicle home I noticed that the passenger one was missing so I phoned up and asked if had been taking out and never returned too the vehicle while been cleaned so I phoned up the dealership and inquired but no one has got back too me at the moment that was over 24 hours ago I paid alot of money for the vehicle.

Thought that trade in deal was a poor offer. Was told 'no flexability' in deal. This was a cash purchase in excess of £35,000 and I expected more capacity to negotiate.

The only problem I had was with the NFU voucher , I had to push for clarity on the exact details , eg 5year warranty. But the rest of the transaction went well.

Paul Wanley was excellent at all stages of the transaction and helped to make things as easily as he possibly could.

Good experience, unfortunately lead times on new vans meant I went elsewhere to purchase.
