Ethan was brilliant and offered a 48hr test drive which I wasn’t expecting

Staff were courteous, well informed, detail-orientated and took their time. Particular thanks to Savio and Aron who were so helpful and patient - the cars I looked at were not quite what I wanted, and the customer service where I did make a purchase is nowhere near as good as that provided by Lookers.

Unfortunately, due to my own mistake, I could not make the original appointment. It was quickly and kindly taken care of by the team members who arranged another collection date and time to suit me. The handover of my new car was great, Richard and Phil have been amazing.

Had a bit of issue on leaving the garage with the air con, but phoned Aron, who in fairness advised if the problem persists, Lookers would ensure that any charge for rectifying the issue by a local Ford dealer would be covered.
