Richard was very attentive. He found the exact car I wanted and made sure it was ready for me to collect. There was a delay in sending the payment across and he was patient and didn't pressure me. The day if handover went perfectly and his attention to detail os superior.

Where do I begin. All the staff I dealt with were helpful and professional. I was quite terrified of driving my new automatic phev but can honestly say that the things I want/need to do I have mastered in what I think is quick time. Each day I am finding something new but it is now exciting and not daunting.
