Unfortunately, due to my own mistake, I could not make the original appointment. It was quickly and kindly taken care of by the team members who arranged another collection date and time to suit me. The handover of my new car was great, Richard and Phil have been amazing.

Aron and Charlie were both pleasant, knowledgable and professional. They made the handover as simple as possible in a relaxed atmosphere. Had a bit of issue on leaving the garage with the air con, but phoned Aron, who in fairness advised if the problem persists, Lookers would ensure that any charge for rectifying the issue by a local Ford dealer would be covered.
