I had very nice and constructive phone conversation with Savil (apologies if I have his name wrong or mis-spelt it) concerning a used Ford Focus ST Line X Estate. He was very informative, not pushy in the slightest and fully appreciated that my search for a car was not limited to Lookers Sheffield. I did book a test drive for the car in question but I phoned Lookers Sheffield and left a message for him to say I was cancelling. He returned my call and I explained I'd bought a car elsewhere. He was very appreciative that I had taken the time to cancel ahead. All in all, a very professional and courteous encounter.

Overall I was satisfied with my experience.

Everything was arranged via telephone calls and emails so all I had to do was turn up :). I was collected from Sheffield Station by Dan Flume who took me back to the dealership, showed me my new car, and handled all of the paperwork within the hour. Fantastic, many thanks Dan!

Everything was good. Sales person Richard, very knowledgeable and friendly. Only slight criticism was, we were only provided with one key instead of two. However, this is being rectified asap.

The only negative aspect of the enquiry was due to the current market rates for my electric vehicle which meant a suitable deal could not be made.
