I purchased my car in June 2024 on pcp.Over all I’ve been very disappointed, not so much with the car but the service side.My car was recalled and then unfortunately returned to me faulty.Lacking range by 40% No audio, sat nav, sensors. I approached services staff and was told I need to wait 3 week for an appointment, which I did I was then given a ford fiesta as a courtesy car, which I don’t agree is like for like. Within 3 hours I was called to pick my car which wasn’t fixed as the team hadn’t even looked at the issue I brought the car in for. I was given the courtesy car back after been told they could look at it till after the weekend. For one reason or another I was with out my car for 6 week, which I felt like during this time I was lied too and made to look stupid to then eventually be told it needed a new module which eventually got sorted. When the sales staff found out I was given a ford fiesta then swapped me into a similar mustang, but I feel I was completely overlooked by the other staff in services.I think that I should be given some sort of compensation for the stress that this gave to me and the feeling that I was making stuff up and in turn been left feeling stupid when I knew there was a problem.
