We couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Sam Whittaker! From our first intro. he came across as a genuine person with a friendly , relaxing attitude but also very professional.He's knowledgeable about the cars and enjoyed a chat with us two oldies. He explained in detail all our options ie. finance, warranty, cap ins. etc. He introduced us to business manager Daniel who we found to be very professional also. He chatted to us to make sure we were happy with the deal. All in all a very pleasant experience and we are assured we can ring Sam at any point if any problems. A good day completed when Sam tuned the radio in the car to Radio 1 for my wife! Brilliant! Thanks.

I initially wasn't kept informed about the delay of production on the focus and only found out when I rang the dealership. After speaking to a Manager this was rectified by regular ail updates

Sam Whittaker was excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Any questions were answered and no hesitation in a test drive, coffee was offered too. Given a very fair price for our car in part exchange which James the manager was great about. All relevant extras were explained again when we picked up the car and signed for. There was no pushiness and all at the dealership were very friendly. We have since had a courtesy call from Sam to ask how we are getting on with the car and any problems to phone him.Would have no hesitation in recommending the dealership to anyone. The buying experience was overshadowed by not being able to purchase the car on my first visit to the showroom. This was due to lack of access to your log books and by using a finance provider that doesn't operate on Sunday. If the car I was looking at wasn't so rare you would have lost my sale.
