Straightforward transaction with most communication carried out at a distance by phone and email.Richard Simpson was helpful, friendly and explained the additional services available without being pushy.We experienced a pushy and arrogant salesman at another dealership and backed out of a deal because of it.Treating customers with respect - before and after the sale - really makes all the difference.
