Richard Wells at the Sheffield branch was extremely helpful. I don’t do many miles a year just using my car as a run around to the shops and friends. Richard put me at ease and was very patient with me and my husband. He explained the gadgets in the car in great detail. We will definitely use Lookers again next year when my husband upgrades his car.

We were really impressed with Olivia. She was very professional but friendly with it. Unfortunately the part exchange price wasn't good and the car we wanted was sold once we had secured a good price for ours from we buy any car.
