We had traveled up from London to Sheffield, and Sam the salesman was excellent.

Rick Hopkins was incredible from start to finish. He explained the process the whole way through and kept in touch with us to inform us of progress of the vehicle arriving. When we came to pick up the vehicle he went through all of the operating instructions and items on the vehicle and made sure that I had all the information I needed. Rick has also made a courtesy call the following day to see how we were going on with the car. We felt as though we were completely in safe hands. Rick couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble at all. I feel completely at ease with contacting Rick should any questions arise as they often do when getting used to a new vehicle. He is a credit to your company. Very good transaction-everything went well. The attention to detail was very good. I felt comfortable with the Salesman Charlie and his Manager came out to speak to me and at the point of sale and when I collected the vehicle. The final handover from Bradley was very smooth and a went ahead with no problems.This is the second time I have bought a car from Lookers Sheffield and the service from the Sales Team through to Service/ Customer Service has always been Excellent.So overall a very pleasant experience.
