Overall excellent. Straightforward transaction with most communication carried out at a distance by phone and email.Richard Simpson was helpful, friendly and explained the additional services available without being pushy.We experienced a pushy and arrogant salesman at another dealership and backed out of a deal because of it.Treating customers with respect - before and after the sale - really makes all the difference.

We dealt with Rick Hopkins, he was very efficient and informative, keeping us updated regularly with progress on our car delivery. Always pleasant and helpful as was the lady on reception.
