From initially meeting Bradley and Kim who answered all of my questions and more through to securing the deal and being given an excellent demonstration of all the features and equipemnet including the software operation of my vehicle, I was completely 100% satified and felt reasured at all times regarding my purchase. Excellent service form Olivia and Kim. They are both professional and knowledgable about all aspects of the vehicles that Ford make. They made me feel welcome and valued.This is the third vehicle that I have had from the Sheffield store and I would not dream of going anywhere else to purchase a new car!
