Still waiting for the assessment of my vehicle for trade in purposes, and have as yet not received feedback despite two emails over the last two weeks.

Fantastic customer service provided by Richard Simpson . He was friendly , great sense of humour , extremely knowledgeable and I felt I could trust him completely . There was useful interaction from other members of the sales team , including James , the manager . A very good ethos seems to prevail within the team and would be a reason for me to want to return to Lookers Ford Sheffield for future purchases . I am very happy with my new car !

My vehicle is through the mobility due to my disability. The member of staff who deals with the application in ( Sheffield ) was very helpful and very welcoming when i visited the showroom. He was also in contact with myself via phone calls on the progress of the vehicle been built. Thanks

The staff were very helpful and worked very hard to make it right and a positive experience. This was spoiled a little when my car was ready on pick up day and I had to return 2 days latter to pick it up. The man who dealt with me on that day was particularly helpful and informative, a chap called Richard.
