Richard Wells at the Sheffield branch was extremely helpful. I don’t do many miles a year just using my car as a run around to the shops and friends. Richard put me at ease and was very patient with me and my husband. He explained the gadgets in the car in great detail. We will definitely use Lookers again next year when my husband upgrades his car.

We were really impressed with Olivia. She was very professional but friendly with it. Unfortunately the part exchange price wasn't good and the car we wanted was sold once we had secured a good price for ours from we buy any car.

Rick Hopkins was incredible from start to finish. He explained the process the whole way through and kept in touch with us to inform us of progress of the vehicle arriving. When we came to pick up the vehicle he went through all of the operating instructions and items on the vehicle and made sure that I had all the information I needed. Rick has also made a courtesy call the following day to see how we were going on with the car. We felt as though we were completely in safe hands. Rick couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble at all. I feel completely at ease with contacting Rick should any questions arise as they often do when getting used to a new vehicle. He is a credit to your company.
