Very good transaction-everything went well. The attention to detail was very good. I felt comfortable with the Salesman Charlie and his Manager came out to speak to me and at the point of sale and when I collected the vehicle. The final handover from Bradley was very smooth and a went ahead with no problems.This is the second time I have bought a car from Lookers Sheffield and the service from the Sales Team through to Service/ Customer Service has always been Excellent.So overall a very pleasant experience. I have to say dealing with Richard was a pleasure. Even answered a query on his day off! That’s dedication. Also the million questions I asked, was never a problem for him.
