Bradley was a pleasure to deal with, his style may seem understated to some but sometimes when you buy a car you dont want a pushy sales pitch and just someone to answer the questions as you think of them and he was there to do that. Everything that was to be done before the vehicle was purchased was done to time and standard and Bradley was ready to deal with the pickup even though I turned up slightly early. He was also very patient whilst I had a bit of drama with my bankcard. The only thing that I can think of that wasn't done that perhaps should've been was putting new batteries into the keys as I got a warning when I got home but I managed to sort this by myself. He took the time to show me the features of the car too which was a nice touch instead of me having to work that out for myself. In short he was a pleasure to deal with.

Noticed low tyre pressure warning on test drive. Air was put into the tyre for our pickup. But on leaving the dealership the tyre pressure warning was back on. Inspection of the tyre when back home revealed a nail in the tyre. Which wasn't exactly a shock because it was showing low pressure on test.Overall excellent experience. Sam was a pleasure to deal with. Always a pleasure at the sheffield branch.

There was a delay in my new car being made available. I ordered it on 31st Dec 21 and it was delivered to the dealership at the end of July. Whilst the sales advisor, Olivia Morton was very good and kept me updated on the progress the delay in getting my car was disappointing.

I wouldn’t normally complete these surveys. However, I have been very pleased and impressed with the service provided by Philip at Lookers Sheffield it needed mentioning. Throughout the entire process, Philip has been professional, helpful and efficient in finding the right car and deal for my family. He has provided clear and honest advice, listening carefully to our needs to help us make an informed decision.
