Hi ,first of all I would like to praise Richard , who help me throughout trying to get the right deal ,James was also excellent , but unfortunately I just thought the car was over priced and the trade in deal was poor , but I am still looking and who knows ford might be a option , but I am getting better finance quotes else where at the moment but I'm in no rush , so going to choose the right car and fiance to go with it , but my experience at lookers hasn't put me of , but once again a big pat on back to Richard for what he did , a very good member of staff , a credit to your company ..

Didn’t get the winter pack on the car

Richard Hopkins, the sales rep we had, was absolutely incredible from first second we started talking. His knowledge, helpfulness and customer service skills were second to none. No question (from the millions we asked) was missed, absolutely over the moon with the whole experience. Richard (Rick) certainly deserves a raise or promotion, we have never been happier, the whole process was flawless.We were kept informed throughout! Congratulations!!!
