My only real criticism is that in the absence of a vehicle handbook, I really do feel that I should have been offered a session by someone familiar with all the cars gizmos.I did not even know that there was no handbook as such, until after I had taken delivery. I was then invited to access the on-line Owner's manual which is a nightmare to make any sense of. I'm sure that this issue should land at Ford's door rather than the dealership but at the same time, all dealers must be aware of this problem and should, in my opinion, at least offer a 'walk through' of what all the buttons and knobs do. I have still no idea how to access many features of the car.

Olivia was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, patient and took care to understand our needs. We found the whole experience very smooth, quick and easy. Our car arrived earlier than expected too!

I've been a customer for many years now but this time round was the best experience I have ever had. Olivia was fantastic! Nothing was any trouble all the way through from ordering the car to collecting the car. I received weekly emails to keep me updated on the build date of my new Puma. Once the car was built and paperwork needed signing - everything was organised and simple.The best experience was collecting the car and Olivia took me over to the new car which was inside the showroom and presented with a certificate to welcome me to my new car. It was a very special feeling and felt valued.Olivia is a great asset to you at Ford and can't wait to deal with her again when I next change my car.
