This was my first ever purchase from a dealership, and contrary to some opinions of motor traders, I found this to be a pleasurable experience. Today, the finding of vehicles is relatively easy, if you know what you want, with excellent graphics and information available on most web sites. On finding my model and contacting Looker's, was allocated a sales person.My customer agent was Richard Simpson, and from his initial phone call, I got an early impression that he was easy to talk to, he explained the vehicle in detail and answered my questions accurately and competently.Once I had decided on the purchase, he went on to comprehensively explain the process and other options such as finance, insurances and vehicle products etc. It was evident to me that I was under no obligation or felt any pressure to purchase extras and his attention to detail was apparent and confident.On collection the handover was efficient and fully explained, documents checked and rechecked, and even though I am conversant with this aspect, it was pleasing to note that this was attended to with confidence and accuracy.While I expected the seamless approach to the transaction and handover, what made a pleasant and noted addition was Richard Simpson's attention to the 'little' things such as the fitting of a new battery to my remote and the physical cleaning of a minor blemish on the vehicle, and later by a follow up call to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my vehicle and the full process.Overall, a very positive experience, enhanced mainly by the named Looker's customer agent who in my opinion excelled in all aspects, and is a credit to his team, and the company.
