Richard Simpson was very helpful and keen to make sure that the vehicles I looked at met all my needs (budget, comfort, environmental impact, etc). Definitely customer-focussed. There are obviously a few products/options that he's obliged to offer me, but he did so without putting me under any pressure, just clear presentation of the facts and accepting of my answers. I was given good information about the car I was interested in, and test drive(s) was relatively easy to arrange. Processing the paperwork once I'd made a decision was, again, relatively straightforward, mostly via email/online and was done with patience and professionalism.

charlie was really good and helpful, he certainly new his job and product, he explained everything clearly offering me many options, a first class service some thing very rare these days ten out of ten for service.
