With my wife’s motability car, Steve Cooper offer amazing beyond words customer service and support throughout her journey to collecting the car on Friday afternoon. We are extremely impressed with the car inside and out and we have been for a fair few test drives many thanks Steve we emailed a lovely email to Steve for the attention of Alex the new sales manager responded. The purchase of the vehicle was very smooth and the staff were clear around arrangements for viewing and collection. When we arrived to purchase we were disappointed that we weren’t given instructions on how to use the many features of the vehicle, eg the use of cruise control, the mobile app, how to get best use of the electric mode etc. All of the features we have had to work out how to use for ourselves, when purchasing a vehicle of this standard we expected staff to instruct us in the use of such vehicle. One week later and we are still trying to understand some of the features and settings.

I was very disappointed that I could not pick the car up on the weekend .it seemed to me the pick up times were to suit lookers rather than the customer.I had to take time of work to pick my car up.various companies even offer home delivery
