Unfortunately, on the day I collected my new car I was in the dealership for over 3 hours. This was solely due to the Ford Credit web site continually crashing thus Bradley was unable to process my documents allowing the vehicle to be realised.Fortunately,the staff at Fords Lookers, in particular Bradley and Alex, were very helpful and made this inconvenience less of a problem.
