Experience was efficient, friendly and informative

I think covid spoilt this experience it was difficult to get firm answers to questions regarding delivery etc. Not the teams issue but seriously annoying for the customer.

Richard Hopkins was very helpful,and explained a few queries I had he even phone later too see how I got on I'd give him 5 stars it's Ford itself that late down ,but I do know with cut back your skimping a bit .1) no cover or binder like I had last time just books loose in glove cabinet 2) less packaging in hose to fill petrol up just loose not in a bag 3) key ring a nice heart one with trolley coin in ,just 1key ring for the 2 keys I got just a little square. I luv my car no faults with it but last time I got free finance as I tale it over 3yeas with option to buy ,I found hp charging now and it wasn't cheap £1279. So disappointed but had to do it as I needed a car .

This is our first car on the motability scheme. Steve (Cooper) thoroughly talked us through the process so we had a good understanding of the scheme. He was very helpful and answered all our questions open and honestly. He maintained excellent communication with us throughout, from start to finish.
