We dealt with Richard Hopkins at Lookers in Sheffield who was extremely helpful and couldn’t have been any more polite and helpful

1.Video presentation showed no scratches on rear nearside but when first seen in the light (picked up the car when dark) a number of scratches could be clearly seen2. Not on the purchase of this vehicle but the one previously bought I took out a 4 year maintenance plan which I did not need as a I traded the car in after only a few months. NO Refund from RAC - It is in the small print bu I would suggest sales staff make a point of telling customers that there are no refunds nor can you transfer the warranty. Effectively I have lost £500 .
