My first experience with Lookers Sheffield was excellent, out sales rep Sergiu was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were very good , very pleasant and welcoming , the whole team were very friendly

I was looked after by Richard Wells who showed me all of the gadgets etc, he was very professional in his job, he even came and let me follow him to the garage after I got lost on the way there. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lookers Ford, great service, thank you......

Experience overall was very good, it did feel a little like i was passed between people so I wasn’t totally sure who the single point of contact was but we got there fine in the end.

The level of service i received from Sam at Lookers was simply outstanding and i cannot fault them. I would recommend them over anyone else i have used in the past and cannot praise them enough.
