Total professionals, I would buy again from ford as their is always a recourse in case a problem should arise. Richard a cool seller of products went off poorly with a bad back,his replacement also ace to deal with ( forgot his name ) on this, my son wants to buy a car and I am bringing him to ford on saville at to get one ....after sales, M.O.T and combined service are also with ford.....would never go elsewhere to buy a car .. compared to my bank bout a loan to buy the car I saved at least £500..Well done Ford...cheers ...Graham Wild

We were fortunate to have dealt with staff member Charlie Bathe. We are from Essex and had been looking for a specific vehicle but the used car market was such that we could not achieve our financial goal. Then Charlie found a cancelled order on a brand new car for a lower price than the used car market.Everything was put in place before we travelled to Sheffield from Essex and when we arrived Charlie met us and took us through the sales process.Simple, sensible communication and a great service throughout.My wife is now looking for Charlie to find her a new car!

The people and in particular Steve at the dealership were fantastic. The only issue l had was when l ordered the car online, nothing to do with the dealership. Really slow website, wouldn't let me add extras and wouldn't let me add my car as part exchange....this was all sorted by the dealership.

The whole transaction was completed via phone and email with Sam Whittaker. Very straightforward process and all done within a week from initial enquiry to delivery in Devon. Very pleased with quick response to queries and dealing with the admin.
