I was told to have my mums car in at 10:00 am and when someone rang me i told them that i would like to let them have the car at 8:oo am instead and that was fine by them and it was done and got it back by 2 pm and not all day. It was cold out and i would have liked a coffee but i could not have one with covid-19 BUT they could use cardbored cups so people could have hot drinks.

Under the circumstances with covid stafff were brilliant & i enjoyed the vidio of my car car came back clean .

From first contact to final meeting and handover, Rick was professional and knowledgable throughout. Even during a few bumps in the financial verification process, sorting out bank letters and statement history etc., he was always helpful and present to explain everything and the processes involved. The deal was handled smoothly and professionally. The only unfortunate thing was that I was unable to shake his hand due to Covid restrictions. Thanks again Rick.
