Excellent service but very disappointed that the car could not be collected. Both my husband and I are in our 80’s. and have had to shield during the coronavirus so I did think you would have a scheme in place to collect motobility cars

Great service

Everything from actually booking the service was first class. I received a reminder the day before by text. On arrival in what are obviously difficult times I was met at a safety barrier and shown where to park and told to wait for a minute or so for someone to collect the keys and sanitise the car. I was sent a text later to say the car was ready to collect which again was really well organised and conducted safely for both myself and your staff.

A very professional service carried out by friendly professional staff. The staff made me aware of the changes to the current ways of working. I had no concerns about my taking my car in for a service and no issues about my safety. Very well organised

We were met/greeted and advise where to park. Staff pointed us in the direction of seating area to wait and advised it would take about one hour. We sat outside and a staff member provided another chair for my wife. Then as promised with in the hour the car was back in the car park. staff sanitized the car. handed back the keys and we were on the way home ALL COVID 19 precautions met. THANK YOU
