Initial contact by telephone: staff always courteous; some more knowledgeable than others. Face-to-face test drive and purchase experience good. Not used Lookers before to purchase a vehicle, but would be happy to recommend to others.

Lookers, Savile Street, Sheffield were well organised as usual when I took my car for service despite strange conditions we’re all experiencing at present. Lovely staff to deal with and very helpful as always.

I felt very safe with the distancing arrangements in place and was very satisfied with the service that I received and with the whole experience.

The service/MOT was conducted more quickly and promptly than was expected and, as far as I can judge, was completed well. The only disappointment was that the car was not valeted which I was expecting. Hopefully next year you will be able to collect it as we only have one car now and it was difficult to get the car to you and collect it.

Considering the limitations of the Covid-19 protocols, Rick was very helpful and friendly from welcoming me in my car to moving over my spare wheel for me.
