Attentive and excellent customer service throughout. Both the sales consultant and the sales manager were helpful and informative. In particular, the sales manager did his utmost to find middle ground and reach a deal that worked, both for me and for Lookers. I've only given four stars as I thought we'd reached a deal on a Ford Explorer, only to find, when I was ready to sign up, that some specifications which I was under the impression were standard were in fact only available as an optional extra, at an additional cost.

Enquired about a vehicle for a relative and Aaron responded quickly with all the information requested and more, including a personalised video. Very knowledgeable on the vehicle and kept in touch without being overbearing. Unfortunately that particular vehicle wasn’t quite right for the relative in the end but dealing with Aaron was a much nicer experience than with the other salesman at the Middlesbrough Lookers branch.

A prompt and professional response to my initial submitted survey. Cleared up any confusion and I will be monitoring the website for the particular car I am looking for. Ford Focus St Line X 155BHP (will consider 125BHP) Manual Gear box in Silver. 1 - 2 years old. I have dealt with Lookers Ford Sheffield for many years and will continue to do so.
