Excellent service from the sales team however my one issue was that I used the Ford "Value my Car" when looking at the used car on line which gave my car a value of between £12500 and £13000. I also used the free valuation via Parkers which gave a similar value. When the sales guy was going through the figures he valued my car at £11500, even though it was "low milage and in excellent condition", but they thought it was worth more than that so upped the value to £12000. I had a fixed budget and only enquired about the car as I was leaving the premises after dropping my car off at the Service Department for a minor issue. Obviously a discrepancy in the valuation where there didn't appear to be any wriggle room. This is not a big issue and, having used Lookers Sheffield for many years, will continue to do so in the future.

After I applied for a valuation of my current vehicle, I received an email and telephone call from the sales team asking if they could answer any questions I had in relation to the vehicle on sale. I advised that I live a distance away, but would contact them again if I decided to take the matter further. The salesman I spoke to was helpful, courteous and didn't put any pressure on me to commit at that stage.
