I dealt with Jay in my persuit of a vehicle. Even though i did not buy a vehicle from Lookers, Jay kept me uodated with vehicles that were due in and that he could find within group.He communicated very well and kept me updated when he was off on holiday and who to contact in his absence.The only slight gripe was the part exchange price and i did not find this conpetitive conpared to what other fors dealers had offered

The Service Manager (Darren) was willing to give me a few minutes of his time to discuss some technical concerns I had about my 1.5L engine. This was much appreciated. Also the Used Car Team were most accommodating in valuing my car for possible trade-in.
