The vehicle was ready, clean inside and out. Dan ran through all the electroic paperwork efficiently, explaining everything clearly as he went. The features of the car were explained, so I was confident where all the options were and how to work them before I drove off. Lastly I was advised to call if I had any further questions. An excellent experience.

The handover was excellent. Russell made it very simple and easy for me and took away a lot of pressure involving the changing of vehicle, tax etc. He explained some of features of the car and walked me round it.

The salesman took the time to explain the car’s controls and how to use the app. The car was well prepared and presented and had a sensible amount of fuel to enable me to get home.
