I bought a new car from Ford lookers and couldn’t have been more pleased with how everything went. I had quite a strict budget in mind and Aron, Charlie and Savio were absolutely fantastic. They tried their very best and looked after me perfectly, they got me exactly where I wanted to be in my budget and were so lovely. Every one of them are a credit to what they do and I will never go anywhere else other than them to buy a new car. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Excellent Service from from Dan and also Charlie at Lookers Ford Sheffield. I received a very good video from Dan of the 'Ford Direct' Focus ST before we travelled 220 miles to purchase it. All my questions were answered fully and I felt confident in buying the car. The whole process on arrival went smoothly from start to finish.

Excellent help when choosing my car , and after I had taken delivery help with all the different functions. However your biggest mistake is not give paper hand books out . I hate the manual on the screen , older people like to read and inwardly Digest the information. I bet I’m not the only one who saw this. Please think again about giving out handbooks so much easier than that screen thing.
